besides one employee that was very nice, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.As a customer I found out about behind the scenes drama between the owners. not professional of the shop.they had a product to engrave for weeks and I was called the day I was supposed to pick it up asking, “what do you want done?” and found the price was astronomically outrageous .then I settle for a different service whoch they had for another two weeks and I had to reach out to ensure it would get done.Plus they did patches for my unit. They were bad quality, not sewn well, and colors were not correct.Lastly, the employee I was corresponding with was using her personal cell phone. Which is whatever, but get a company phone.do not recommend
